Jackson Pharmacy Professionals is seeking a relief pharmacist in Western Colorado.  We currently have shifts available near Durango, Grand Junction, and Rangely.

Requirements:

• BS Pharmacy or Pharm D
• Clean and Clear CO license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment
• Inpatient experience is a plus
